Tomato Face

Tomato is what everyone always have in their fridge, which makes this recipe very easy.

All you need is:
1 tomato

First you cut thin slices of tomato and keep half of tomato. Put tomato slices on your face and hold them for 15 minutes. When you're ready take the half of tomato and mas
sage your face with the smooth skin side of it. Finish it by washing the tomato juice off with warm water. This is a good weekly facial.

What does it do?
It gets rid of pimples and redness in your face.

My results:
I have only done it once, so it's kinda hard to tell, but my face was definately clearer. I still have pimples, but they won't dissapear just like that. I'm gonna to this weekly, which is actually recommended. NB! Don't be too scared when you see yourself in mirror with tomato slices on your face, I was pretty scary.

I got this recipe also from "The Beauty Cookbook" by Kym Douglas and Cindy Pearlman. It really is awesome book with great recipes.

The next recipe I'm gonna try is for hair. So be sure to check tomorrow!

Honeysugar hands

If you work a lot with your hands or just feel like your hands need more attention. I even suggest this for people with great hands, this is really awesome treatment. And you can feel the results right away!

All you need is :
2 teaspoons sugar
1 tablespoon honey

I use organical honey, it's always better to use organical products. They have less chemicals in them.

Mix the sugar and honey together in a small bowl. Then use this mixture over your hands. Just, do it like you would wash your hands with it, but don't wash it off too quickly. Make sure to use moisturizer after you're done. If you have time you could put plastic gloves over your moisturizer to give your hands a deep treatment. If you really want to give your hands a trip to Bahamas you can sleep with your gloves on.

What does it do?
It removes all the dead skin cells.

My own results:
After I used this recipe, I was amazed. My hands have never ever felt so clean. It was mind blowing. I also used this on my elbows and on my face. It really makes your skin free from dead skin cells and nicely soft because of the honey. This is actually one of my favourite recipes. It's practical and quick. Love it!

I got this recipe from The Beauty Cookbook written by Kym Douglas and Cindy Pearlman. This is a great book and almost all of my experiments from now come from there.

Hello!

I'm doing this blog, because when I realised that natural ways of taking care of my body was more acceptable to my body, than using all the products bought from stores, I thought that because this was a success then why not share it with others. Don't get me wrong I still use store products, but they just don't give the same effects. I guess my body like nature more and so do I. It's so much fun! And btw, I won't suggest that you guys try something that I haven't tried myself and liked.
That's why I'm letting you guys follow me on my fun journey through experimenting with simple things you can probably find in your kitchen!

Hope you like what you read!
